Mike was great! We had a problem with the pump on our furnace with water spilling out in the basement floor. Mike came within and hour of our call, made the quick switch out of the pump and had us back to running smoothly again. He answered all of our questions and took what was actually a small problem seriously. Thank you so much for your help.

I have found perfection. My friends at link, Suzanne, Henry, Jeff, Victor and John recently installed a central air conditioning unit for my home. My first contact with Link was with Suzanne and with her competent, caring, and warm gentle humor made me feel so welcome, I knew I called the right number. She put me in contact with Henry who again was caring, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable on what it was to either fix or buy a new unit. The experience kept on getting better when we were introduced to a salesman named Jeff who came to my house twice to discuss options and help me make the right decision. We decided to put in a brand new unit. After a range of options and information I made my choice with never being pressured into getting something I didn't need. I have health issues and Jeff made it get in sooner which I am grateful. John and Victor were the installers who came over which I had no idea that it would involve so much work starting from scratch to bring out the old and put in the new. Besides being the best technician installers they also treated my home, myself, and my grandson with respect. I waited two weeks to write this review to make sure everything ran smoothly and it continues to do so. As Oscar Wilde once said I am a man of simple tastes, I am satisfied with the best! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Mike came in and got right down to business and right to the heart of the problem. He has a courteous, professional, and yet friendly manner. Highly recommended. One thing from a company standpoint didn't make sense to me, though: LINK didn't stock the igniter part for my Carrier furnace because it is an "old style." Wouldn't the older igniters go first on furnaces, so wouldn't a company that fixes emergency outages want to stock the MORE of the older style parts??? How strange. So, 5 stars on everything but convenience, because I am going an extra day without heat waiting for a part (not the tech's fault). At any rate, LINK has always done well by us, their technicians are great, and now I will wait for the company to rally and get the part I need.
