It was somewhat disappointing that it took two trips and two expensive motor parts to cure the problem, but the service was dependable and friendly and the parts were already sourced and available for an immediate repair.

We had a phone call before 8 am telling us a service tech was on the way. He arrived promptly and got right to work.
