Every time that Link has come to my home to perform PM service on either my central air or heating system they are fast and dependable. The service techs are friendly and very knowledgeable, if I have a question they answer in people talk not technical jargon. All in all I would recommend Link Mechanical for all your heating and cooling needs.

Mike came out after hours for a water heater issue. He was provided excellent service and clearly communicated options.

Tech showed up withing 2 hours of calling and diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes. Promptly peformed he necessary reapaire. Great job!

Positive experience

Since the AC was serviced, it is difficult to know if the system is working ok at this time. Corey was able to clean and maintain the system and prepare for use this summer.
