That Goes Beyond the Equipment
We guarantee that the equipment we supplied and installed was properly sized and installed by a licensed technician in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable codes. The new system is warranted to meet or exceed the manufacturer’s published specifications for capacity, efficiency, and performance when properly maintained and operated under normal conditions.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If the new system does not perform as specified (as defined by the manufacturer’s rated performance data), contact us during regular business hours. We will promptly return to diagnose and make necessary adjustments or repairs at no additional charge. You have one (1) full year from the installation date two (2) years for Discount Comfort Club members to notify us of any issues.
If, after we have had a reasonable opportunity (typically up to two service visits) to address your concerns, the system still fails to meet the manufacturer’s published specifications, you may request removal of the new equipment and a full refund of the amount you paid for the new system and installation (less the value of any promotional incentives, rebates, or discounts applied). We will schedule removal during regular business hours.
Important Notes and Limitations
This guarantee applies only to the new equipment and our installation workmanship. It does not cover deficiencies in your existing ductwork, piping, electrical service, insulation, or building envelope, which may affect overall system performance.
Coverage requires proof of regular maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer (e.g., filter changes, annual tune-ups). Failure to maintain the system may void this guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover damage or performance issues resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of God, power surges, or other factors beyond our control.
Because Link Mechanical Services is committed to eco-stewardship, the original system, once removed, is recycled and will not be available for reinstallation.
Manufacturer warranties on equipment parts remain in full effect and are separate from this guarantee.

#3 Schedule Your Installation
Our professional installation teams are background checked and fully licensed. This specialized training helps ensure top quality installations to protect your system efficiency, reliability and promote longer system life.
Our installation processes adheres to industry best practices and comply withal relevant codes and regulations. We will take out all necessary permits before we start the job and help schedule inspections.
At the end of the installation we will perform quality checks, test performance, and go over any instructions needed to operate your equipment. Before we leave we will clean up the work area and remove all debris from the installation.
